We're John & Jennifer Williams, the husband-and-wife team behind ByJW2.

John began creating personalized jewelry in 2017, and more than 75,000 personalized keepsakes have been created over the years. Jennifer is an artist and writer with a passion for transforming memories and emotions into something meaningful.

After nearly a decade of friendship, we married in 2025 and launched ByJW2 in 2026.

But memorial keepsakes became even more personal to us after experiencing the loss of our parents and, most painfully, our 27-year-old son at the beginning of 2026.

What should I check on my proof?

Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, photograph placement and other personalization details.

Can I request a change?

Yes. If something needs to be corrected or an eligible design adjustment is needed, let us know when reviewing your proof.

When does production begin?

Your personalized items enter production after your design is approved, subject to the proof and production terms shown at checkout.

What kind of photograph should I upload?

For the best result, upload the clearest, highest-resolution photograph available. Avoid screenshots, heavily cropped images and extremely blurry photographs whenever possible.

Can you improve an older photograph?

Our designers will work with the photograph you provide to create the best design possible. Image quality and final results depend on the quality and resolution of the original photograph.

Is every Forever Remembered Set personalized?

Yes. Every set is created specifically around the personalization information and photograph provided with the order.
